Annual AGM - Thursday 13th February
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at North Road on Thursday, 13th February.
All members of the club are cordially invited to attend this important event. The AGM provides an opportunity to review the past year's activities, discuss the club's financial position, and outline plans for the upcoming season. Members will also have the opportunity to elect committee members and raise any matters of concern.
Your participation is highly valued, and we encourage all members to attend and contribute to the future of Glossop Cricket Club. The meeting will commence at 7:45pm. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday, 13th February at North Road.
Whilst we welcome all members to join us at the AGM, I'd like to remind you that as per the club constitution, junior members under 16 and social members do not receive a vote.
While we keep an up to date list of all members, sometimes people are not contactable and so if you know of any member who hasn't received this invite, please do feel free to forward it on.
Glossop Cricket Club's annual golf day returns this year, taking place on Friday, 31st July 2026, at the beautiful Glossop Golf Club. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just enjoy a leisurely round, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day of golf, good company, and support your local cricket club. Gather your team of four and get ready for a day of friendly competition on the greens. Date: Friday, 31st July 2026 Location: Glossop Golf Club Format: Teams of 4 Cost: £200 per team The Schedule for the Day: 10:30 AM: Arrive at Glossop Golf Club for a warm welcome and refreshments to get you ready for the course. 11:00 AM: Shotgun start! Following the round, join us for the all-important presentation of prizes, followed by dinner and the chance to relax and enjoy some drinks with fellow participants.
