Bat, Bowl & Bask — Glossop's Women's Softball Festival 2026
Whether you've never held a bat or you've been playing for years, Glossop Cricket Club is throwing open its gates for a day of sport, sunshine, live music and good food — and everyone is invited.
On Sunday 31st May, Glossop Cricket Club on North Road hosts the Women's Softball Festival 2026 — a fun, inclusive day open to players of all abilities. Teams of eight will compete in a festival-style format from 11am to 3pm, with an outdoor DJ and BBQ keeping the atmosphere going throughout.
No experience needed — this is a no-pressure, welcoming event designed to get more women into cricket. Whether you're rounding up teammates from work or signing up with your regular club side, there's a place for you on the pitch.
Registration is required, so don't leave it too late. Head to Glossop Cricket Club to secure your team's spot before they fill up.
