Sponsorship Update
The Cricket Club are pleased to announce that we have agreed new clothing sponsorship deals which will take us through to the end of the 2025 season.
We are incredibly thankful to have such people and organisations supporting our club for the years to come.
Amongst other important things, their financial support will help us with: -
- Purchase of new junior and senior training / practice equipment.
- Installation of power to outdoor nets for use of the bowling machine.
- Subsidise focussed 121 coaching sessions for junior cricketers.
- Increase the number of qualified coaches and first aid trained heads at the club.
- Purchase and installation of webcam to stream live cricket games from North Road.
- Refurbishment of mower and tractor to improve playing area.

T20 & Training Range
After last years incredible success, the Glossop CC Super Sixes tournament is back! We are opening up registration for players to join now. Requirements to register: Glossop CC paying member or sponsor Age group 14 to 'Old' Cannot be regular 1st teamers As per last year, all abilities welcome! We are hoping to get the majority of names in by the end of February so we can plan with a little more time this year. Please get in touch with Adam Wilson directly if you'd like to play. Once we have all the players names, we can start to put some evenly matched teams together. Any questions, please get in touch.
Come join us on our final Winter Walk of 2025/26 with a 5.6 mile hike up past the plantations, Glossop Low, and then up Cock Hill. Juniors, seniors, friends, family, and dogs are all welcome to join us on Saturday 21st March at 11am . The club will be open from 10am for light refreshments. Suitable walking boots, clothing, and equipment are recommended.
